Aham sarvasy prabhavo 10.8



ahaṁ sarvasya prabhavo mattaḥ sarvaṁ pravartate

iti matvā bhajante māṁ budhā bhāva-samanvitāḥ

ahaṁ -I am 

sarvasya -in the entire, all

prabhavo -seen in capacity/capability/influence in the

mattaḥ -oversight of the religion (mattam – Telugu for religion)

sarvaṁ -of the entire

pravartate -their behaviors

iti -thus

matvā -consider (matva/matram)

bhajante -worshiping to

māṁ -attain me

budhā -with that intellect 

bhāva-samanvitāḥ- emotion that shows (bhava) equal to being accompanied (with God).

Full meaning:

I am in the entire, seen in the capacity/capability/influence in the oversight of the religion of the entire, their behaviors, thus (as a result) consider worshiping to attain me with that intellect, emotion that shows equal to being accompanied (by God). 

Note: iti is “thus” and as with also the verses (Adhyesyate ca ya imam 18.70), (adhyatma-jnana-nityatvam 13.11), and (adharmam dharma iti ya 18.32). I have consistently used the same meaning for each word, and not interchangeably. For example, atma is always the soul, aham is always I am, ca is always also and so forth.
